Heraldic plaque in wooden frame, with motto ‘Virtute Non Verbis’. Hanging on a wooden background, the roof of the hall in the Big School, this is one of a series of 20 from Wycombe Abbey School. It relates to the Hon. Thomas Fitzmaurice who died in 1793. He was the brother of the 1st Marquis of Lansdowne, also MP for Chepping Wycombe 1774-80.

This is a hatchment relating to the Hon Thomas Fitzmaurice who died in 1793. He was the brother of the 1st Marquis of Lansdowne, also MP for Chepping Wycombe 1774-80.
