This casket was presented to Alderman Gibbs in a ceremony held on 14 Oct 1953. The casket was designed by Mr H.J.Cutler of HW College, carved by Mr F.A.Everett, and constructed by Mr W.Wallis. That team also created caskets for Rushbrook, Raffety, ‘Bomber’ Harris, General Eaker and Tyzack. (reported in BFP issue of 16 Oct 1953)
