Pauls Row behind the Guildhall towards the junction with Church Street. The scene shows the cattle market in full swing. The cows are tethered in the area behind The Guildhall and farmers are inspecting the animals prior to purchasing them. The Swan Public House and the Tea Rooms opposite are doing a good trade.
