‘This Photo was taken sometime between 1920-1925 behind what is now Pendrill House in Oakridge Rd. During the second world war it was owned by Herbie Messenger and Free and Tilbury. The man with hands on hips is my father Joe Mulford.Man with cigarette is Ted Groves, also at the back small man looking sideways is Stan Fowler.’ Mr.K.R.Mulford.(on attached note)
